Cancellation policy

Life happens — Kim gets it. These policies keep things fair for everyone, including the client who would have loved your time slot.

24-hour notice for cancellations

A 24-hour advance notice is required to cancel an appointment, so someone else has the chance to book that time. Cancellations with less notice are charged the full session amount, due before your next appointment.

No-shows

Missed appointments without notice are treated as no-shows and charged for the full session.

Running late

If you’re not ready at your appointment time, your session may be shortened so following clients aren’t delayed. The full session rate still applies — so get comfortable a few minutes early and enjoy every minute.
